2026/2027 Admissions schedule

Create an account

May 20 – September 17, 2026.

Create an account in the online admissions system (link will be available on the Home page) from May 20 to September 17. Remember that you must activate it by clicking on the activation link that will be sent to your email address.

Make sure that your personal data and details of your completed school/university and secondary school leaving certificate/diploma are entered correctly.

Choose a programme

You will be able to choose a programme on the following dates:

·        May 20 – July 10

·        July 17 – August 18

·        August 26 – September 11

On other days, you will not be able to choose a programme.

If you have all of the Required documents outside of these dates and you already have a candidate account in the online admissions system, please contact us by e-mail.

Upload all of the required documents

Check the Required documents and upload their scans (color, high quality) to your account in the system. You can attach the documents from May 20 to September 17, only if you already have chosen a programme.

Remember to pay the application fee (85 PLN) for each chosen programme!

Admission results

If you meet all admission requirements (including passing the language exam, if you need to take it), expect your admission results:

·        from July 17 – admission results for full-time Bachelor’s degree programmes and long-cycle programmes

·        from August 26 – admission results for Master’s degree programmes and all part-time programmes

·        until September 18 – admission results for all programmes.

Remember! Admission for your chosen programme may be:

extended due to an insufficient number of interested candidates. In this situation, on the date specified in the Admission results section, you will receive information about the extension of the admission process and that you will receive the admission result at the earliest on the next date.

discontinued due to an insufficient number of interested candidates, especially at the time of results in August and September. In this situation, you will receive information about the discontinuation of the admission process and two options to choose from: choose another programme or apply for the  refund of the application fee.

Admission incomplete?

If you don’t meet all admission requirements, you will receive an information after the last results deadline informing you that your admission has not been completed and is not binding. See you next year!
